Legs on show?

Living in Brisbane we are very fortunate to have a climate which means we can wear shorts or skirts across the seasons. For those living with noticeable veins on their legs, their choice of clothing is limited as they can feel self-conscious about their appearance and so chose to hide them under trousers or maxis.

For others, they might not have issues with the look but instead suffer from symptoms such as ache, swelling and restless leg. Which can often be exasperated during the heat of summer making our Queenslander lifestyle something to be dreaded rather than enjoyed.

Regardless of if the procedures were medical or cosmetic initially, when patients attend their final review following the successful conclusion of treatment we often hear it said that they wished they had come in years ago!

Being proactive about your venous health and booking a consultation can help avoid future skin damage. Or it may give you the confidence to ditch the sarong this year at Noosa.
